M&H Engineering Consultants LLC is continually searching for well-qualified applicants in various disciplines.  We are also currently seeking experienced “L” and “Q” cleared professionals with DOE and DOD security clearance.  Positions are located in various parts of the country; our forecast is to have offices located overseas by 2010.  M&H Engineering Consultants LLC utilizes a computerized resume database and keeps resumes active for a 12-month period.  All applicant information is kept in strictest confidence.

  1. All resumes become the property of M&H Engineering Consultants LLC.  Your resume is stamped with the date it was received.
  2. Hard copies of your resume are kept for two years.
  3. Our recruiters query the database to see if any applicants' experience and capabilities match current job openings.
  4. When a qualified applicant is identified from the database, human resources will be in contact to set up an interview.

Resume Submission Tips

M&H Engineering Consultants LLC utilizes a resume database to store resumes and search for applications matching current job offerings.  Applicants should try to make their resume as computer readable and searchable as possible.

  1. When submitting a resume via e-mail, plain text is preferred.  Any formatting used in this submission will be deleted or ignored when the resume is inserted into the database.
  2. When faxing a resume, please use 12 point, sans serif fonts.  Arial and Helvetica are san serif fonts.  Courier, while not a san serif font, is fixed-pitch.  
  3. If you submit a paper copy of your resume, a plain and short format is preferred.
  4. Include a short cover letter, indicating the current date, and preferred discipline description and where you heard about the job opportunity or offering.  Specifying the description does not limit your consideration for other positions, but it does help M&H Engineering Consultants LLC track future responses.
